1999 Volvo Penta 5.0gi-A tbi bogging and backfiring

Been having some issues with my boat lately and not really sure where to go from here. It’s a 1999 20’ chris craft with a 5.0gi tbi. At the beginning of the summer the ecm stopped giving signal to the fuel pump relay. I ended up bypassing the relay and throwing 12v from the ignition to the fuel pumps. (I know it’s not the safest move but didn’t have $1800 to throw at an ecm) with that remedy It’s been working great for a bit. Most recently on take off unless I feather the throttle it’s been boggy and laggy. If I try to punch it out of the hole, it bogs dow, and sometimes backfires, has even stalled out once. I hooked up a pressure tester to the fuel rail and it read 31psi steadily. I also had a buddy drive around while I kept an eye on the injectors. Everything seamed smooth and even on both sides. Last year I changed the low pressure fuel pump and recently changed the water separator and cleans surface of where it connects. The gas seams good and free of water. I have also done plugs, wires, rotor and cap just to rule out the obvious. Still no change.
Looking for some advice on where to go from here. We are coming to the end of the season here in New England and I would like to get her running properly before I pull her out for the season.
Thanks in advance

Are their any codes?
Need a scanner on the motor to see what the sensors are showing as motor is throttled up.
Does the TPS show the increase?
What about the MAP?
