I have a 1999 mercury outboard that I had rebuilt 3-4 years ago,I picked it up from the shop on a pallet and had it stored at my marina until I was finally able to install it on my houseboat last fall,when the +- wires were hooked up I think it was done wrong at 1st, (I think to both sides of the starter) I noticed this and hooked it up correctly, but now there is no spark..before I have a mechanic drive 100 miles to look at it I thought someone might have some advice as to what might be the problem..any help would be appreciated..Todd
