1999 Johnson 25 hp question !!!

Ok yesterday I took it out went fishing and it ran awesome no problems just was curious about something I took my hood off when got back to landing and the front of the motor was sweating right behind carb where reeds are and the carb was too and the throat of my carb was milky where some of the fuel was I guess the water from sweating got on it just trying to figure out y is it doing this and if this is normal...thanks

Pictures would help is the boat new to you. If i guessed I would say something is spraying water up the front of the motor.

No-------------\That sweating and the white stuff is all normal.

It's only a problem if you get ice forming in the intake channel.

Nothing is spraying its just sweating after running a while on the water just was curious if it was normal if anyone had this problem before
