Have issues assume its not cooling properly. Powerpack assume is good replaced a couple years ago and usually when they go.....they quit. The port side is hotter to the touch once its been running for a couple hours and and the engine cuts fire to one side as a safety measure. New water pump impeller as well as took thermostats out to make sure that wasn't issue. After a few days of running with no thermostats in which had no issues ....until today it has once again done it. Has myswlf as well as couple of mechanics baffled to say the least. Anyone evwr had anthing of this nature and or have any advise? Thanks in advance!

I dont think your motor cuts out cylinders when it gets hot. It will go into S.L.O.W mode from overheating. Is this a salt water motor? Has the motor ever been overheates? Has tje ignition been checked? Coils checked? Has the waterpump impeller ever been destroyed, if so were all the pieces found.
