1999 Honda BF115 bell housing full of oil

Hi all,
Looks like I’m going to be pulling my power head to replace some seals (see attached picture). Seen some oil around my starter so I decided to pull and inspect. The bell housing is full to the brim with oil.

I have a good manual, doesn’t look like too bad of a job. Just wanted to start a thread and see if you have any pointers on other things I should address / replace as preventative maintenance while I have the power head off.

Is this an engine that see frequent use in salt water?

The boat is new to me within the last month. I will primarily be using it in fresh water with occasional salt water use. It was owned by a family friend and it was used mainly in salt water.
