I have a problem with my HP on the motor. We have replaced the water pump, fuel, plugs, throttle, etc. The boat idles good but when I run it I can only get 3000hp instead of the normal 5000. This makes it a little tough to get on plain. Checked the carbs and seems to be center carb not firing as should. I do not see any plugs fouled. Before I spend more money I am just trying to figure out where to start again. Any help would be great.
