I have a 99' 30 hp mlhx that was bogging under power. I have recently had the carbs cleaned, new plugs, fuel line and tank as well as primer bulb. Compression is 125 on all 3 cylinders. Coil is putting out 35000 volts. Exhaust ports have been cleaned and free of all grime. The motor is on a 16 ft aluminum boat. Not heavy at all. So after picking it up from the shop yesterday for the 5 th time it still bogs under power??
Any ideas?

As far as I know , yes.
Could the rings be gone if it's compression tested at 125 on each cylinder?

I am guessing this is a Yamaha motor, so A Yamaha service manual for that motor will have all the specs
and I do not have one as I do not own that model motor
