took the boat out for the first time this weekend after winter storage. starts right up and idles fine. when driving at about half throttle there is a dead spot where engine dies but will restart. replaced spark plugs and both fuel filters. any ideas on the choke?? removed flame arrestor and notice choke was not moving at colder temps?? anything else we should check?
