1999 250hp Mercury EFI, not running after sitting for 3 years

My boat has been sitting for the past 3 years due to not having the funds to run it, i have spent the last few weeks changing my entire fuel system and still cant get it to run for more than 2 seconds, and only after spraying gas directly into the injectors. this is what i have done so far;
replaced all fuel lines
new fuel filters (2)
new plugs
new high pressure pump
cleaned injectors (had to run in the machine 4 times but all have excellent rating)
compression is 120 on 4 and 115 on 2
my plugs are are getting spark, i just havent dont know how much

we have exhausted everything we know, and was hoping to get some possible ideas before i send it to the service center and drop half my paycheck.

i was told it could be the magneeto, or that could also be an issue, and was told that its easy to test, just dont know how. if anyone has any ideas i would love to hear them, i cant really afford $85 per hour right now

Who cleaned injectors as sounds like problem with them, did you change injectors filters? Did you have flowed and tested?Whats your fuel pressure? Did you check pressure regulator?
