Found the OEM company (ISS Pro) and part number stamped on the part (604926-004 280 97). The OEM fabricated sender is $106 and the off shelf replacement is $73. The off the shelf unit is not as linear as the OEM design - not sure it is a significant different so I went with lower cost.
