1998 Mariner 40 3 cylinder

I have a mariner 40 hp ran fine last fall when put away ran fine. This week not so well. Getting gas to all three carbs at throat. Put new plugs in it and still no better. I need some help figuring this one out. Never have been real big on power heads of 2 cycle engines.

Also it will run on any one of the cylenders with the other 2 spark plug removed. Just won't run up when throtled up. Okay here is hat I have tried, new fuel flter, plug, and cleaned carbs. I got a compresion tester thi am and all were at 115 to 120 range. Now does anyone else have any ideas what I might try?
