1998 Larson SEI 186 tilt motor isn't working

Hi like it says in the title my motor won't go up or down how many fuses are there that could be bad it went down 2 days ago never went back up even the trailering button doesn't work

a 90A or 110A main fuse.A square white block
A 10 or 15 inline that controls the relays Both are at the pump

So I tried to check this fuse it was hard to get out of the rubber holder and it didn't look good but now I can't get another fuse to go back into the rubber connector

I also use a tester with a light and it lite up on the part coming from the battery

well, that glass fuse is missing one end, its toast. if you cant get the remains out, you may need to splice in a new fuse holder. Until you do this, you are pretty much dead in the water
