1998 johnson 115 ficht starts then dies

Just got out of storage. Ran fine last fall, now will start for only a few seconds then dies. I am thinking this is a fuel problem, maybe bad fuel. Was stabilized, but maybe not stabilized in lines to engine. Any ideas how to test if fuel is the problem?

Thanks Faztbullet. Is there an easy way to check fuel pressure? I HAD a Seloc manual online but cannot access it now. I unhooked the bulb and there is fuel getting into the bulb. Fuel seems to smell normal.
