1998 Bravo lll

Hi Guys,
Just getting around to reinstalling my drive and noticed two exrta small o-rings in the baggy......all others can be accounted for and installed but these two ............would they be for a different drive set up

Ayuh,... small is a relative term,... how big are they...

do you have the 2 on the input shaft,..??

hi, yeah sorry,
I've installed the square water ring, ........the shift o-ring...... the oil reservior o-ring...... and the three on the input shaft....now there's two about a haft inch round....mabe if i had takin the lower unit apart they would have gone in there??????

Are they actually rubber orings or fiber washers?
IS this a kit that someone put together? They don't normally come in baggies. Was it OEM parts or aftermarket. Some aftermarket kits have different things in them than OEM kits.

yes this was a siera kit, I mean everything fit right in place and ther was no other place that any o-rings could go soooooooooo. just woundering...maybe the water ports from the lower unit up to the top???? but I've not seperated them.

are they the small O rings for the oil plug and the oil vent plug? They should be replaced evertime you change the oil.

That is why I ask if they were orings or fiber washers. Be very careful, MOST drives use the fiber washers on the fill and drain plugs. Only a few used the rubber orings, and they have a groove in the plugs for the orings to set in, No groove, you should use the gaskets

I just did my Bravo III and they are o-rings.
