I have a pair of 1998 200 hp merc efi outboards. Just recently one of them shuts down while I am underway, or at idle. It blows the fuse on the engine that is located near the starter , the olny fuse on the engine itself. I change the fuse and fire the engine and a few minutes later the fuse blows again. And the wire is very hot. When the fuse is blown the engine still turns over, but won't fire. I can also hear the fuel pump still pumping so it is not a fuel problem..HELP.
