1997 smokercraft

Anyone have any ideas on why I have no power to the ignition and no power to the tilt and trim on my 1997 smokercraft

The fuse in the outboard is blown. If it is an I/O you have the same issue but it might be a circuit breaker instead. The obvious question when you replace the fuse or reset the breaker is WHY did it pop in the first place?
