1997 searay 175 3.0 alpha 1 drive

This may sound stupid, but does this engine come with a gas/water seperator? If so where would it be located.....

On my SeaRay, It is the dome shaped bowl on the fuel pump. Usually has a twisted wire on the hold down bolt. Should be cleaned periodically.
