Hello,

I have searched high and low for my issue but not finding much maybe I just don't know how to word it in search sorry.

My issue is at idle it does not pump water give it some revs and it pumps water. If idle long enough on water alarm temp goes off.

The thermostat opens fine. I guess writing this I kind of answered my own question the impeller must have curved fins and not pumping enough water what do you more knowledgeable people think?

Replace a $12 dollar impeller or a $2500 powerhead.. Thats an easy choice !! The impeller is very easy to replace.

Seen worse, but now it's out it needs replacing.
That memory is normal, if you had been crunched up in that housing for a while it would take you some time to straighten out too.

The engine should pee on idle at least mine does, and it's basically the same as yours. If replacing the impeller does not fix the problem i'm sure there are plenty of experts who could advise you further.

Yes it should pee at idle.
Yes, looks like ends of impeller fins are worn away.
