I have a 1997 150 efi engine that died while going across the lake at wot. Now I have no spark and the electric fuel pump runs constanly even with the key off. I know that the ecm grounds the fuel pump circuit when the key is turned on and the pump should run for about 30 seconds and shut off till the engine is started. Is there anything that could cause this problem besides a defective ECM.
