1997 Glastron 4.3 Volvo Penta Intake spec

Looking for help on the intake spec for my 1997 - 4.3 Volvo Penta with a Cast iron intake. Reading through this forum, it looks to be 11 ft. lbs. Seems a little light for this heavy intake. Can someone please help.

the Chev V6 and V8 intake to head bolts are 25 lb-ft of torque

Since year means nothing, what is the model number of your engine, including all those letters following 4.3?
Does your intake manifold have 8 or 12 bolts holding it on. If 8, yes 11 ft lbs. is correct.
