1997 evinrude 48 spl tilt/trim doesnt work

Hello all, this boat is stored at a marina and has always worked properly, today the motor wouldn't trim up or down. I can hear a faint clicking when I push the button but thats it motor doesn't make any noise or move. Any help would be appreciated!

Charge the battery.----Have battery load tested.---Check all battery / wire connections.
