Boston Whaler 13', Evinrude 97 40 hp w/ VRO fuel/oil pump. Motor experiences hesitation @ low to mid throttle range. Idle is fine, WOT is fine. Problem starts when moving throttle from idle up thru mid speed ranges. Engine hesitates/bucks/cuts out bad. If I move throttle from idle to WOT it will hesitate slightly and then run correctly. If I try to run motor @ low to mid throttle it wants to cut out. Fuel delivery problem or ignition problem?
