1997 50 HP control & wire harness

Hello everyone
I just purchased a 1997 50 hp without the remote control, cables, or wire harness. I am installing it on a project Pontoon boat. I would like to install a binnacle control.
The outboard ser# is: E50TSLEVS

Question: Does the wire harness include the battery cables?

No, the battery cables aren't usually included with the controls and wiring harness. They should have come with the motor.
