I have a 225 that the trim and tilt will not lock, everytime you put in reverse the engine lifts. System works fine with the exception of this. Can someone tell me what the problem might be?
Most units have a reverse lock valve in the trim unit.
Look up your model and serial number on BRP parts website..
You should see an exploded view of the trim system.
