Can anyone help me locate an OEM Service Manual, and a Parts Manual, for my 1996 Mercury 150hp EFI? (Serial Number 0G424278) I was hoping to find a motor specific manual instead of the manuals that cover multiple outboards, if one exists. Thanks in advance for any and all assistance. Much appreciated!

So there's not a model specific manual for it? I see the "Above 135HP (Non Verado)" manual. I'm assuming that covers every outboard greater than 135hp, and multiple years. How big "is" this book?!?

According to the parts manual, the manual for your motor is 90-824052R3 SM O/B V6 135-225

There are a lot of different models (configurations) built on a common V6 engine platform.

I’m not a Merc guy so I can speak to specifics but….do you really need separate manuals to cover a 200 and 225 HP motor when the only real difference between the two are carb jets that can be identified in a look up table?

outboards are nearly the same from one HP to the other within a given displacement.

the I/O folks have a block manual, an EFI manual, a drive manual, and a controls manual. all about 400 pages thick
