Just received statement of origin from owner it reads: model year 1996 ME XR2 L OPT model# 1-1920513RH Ser# OG417216 can someone assist me with this info ID that this motor is the correct motor for a 1996 Procraft V200c

IMHO no. Its a stem winding 2.0 factory hot rod if all tha info is correct............Usually only sold overseas. Some find their way to tha States..........
