'afternoon GS,

first, run her up & squeeze the fuel bulb. Does that get you there?

if not, can you check to see if you have fire on all plugs when this is happening? i'm guessing that some safty (temp or oil) circuit is shutting you down.

let us know what you find

Good Luck

Who did the carb kits and what did they do with them? If pumping the bulb like klondike recommended doesn't help squirt some premix into the carb throats when it acts up and see if it helps, if so the carbs probably need to be redone.

If your model number is correct, the numbers seem to indicate a 1990 model year. Look for a single tan wire connected to the powerpack, disconnect this wire and try it.

Hey Clanton, We found thatlittle tan wire and my Husband disconceted that dude and guess what? We ran like a charm for a long time. Then we cut out again. But we figure maybe we can just take it a little easyer and maybe use it like it is. Maybe this wire has something to do with a heat censor. Anyway, wanted to let you know what was up. Thanks for the help.

sue
