1996 javelin transom

there are a lot of holes in the transom of my 1993 18ft javelin. i know where the drain plug goes and the drain for the live well, and the intake for the live well but what are the rest for? i just got the boat a week ago and have only had it out twice because of high winds. sure seems to use a lot of gas and oil. the motor is a 150 hp v6 evenrude.

I have a 1993 Javelin 409 would like to know if anyone has mounted a stereo w/ 4 speakers in their Javelin?

my javelin has a 150 evinrude. it is a 93 model. a fellow boater told me i should use premium gas in it ? what do you think>
