This may be a stupid question but is it okay for my outboard to be cooling constantly? I've had this engine since 96, still runs perfectly but it used to spout water, then stop for awhile, then spout again, I'm assuming based on temperature. Now it is spouting water constantly but doesn't seem to be overheating. Any ideas?
