Hi! I'm a newbe and had a question. I have a 1996 2hp Evinrude that has fuel coming up from the bowl through the center main jet and entering where the cable goes down through the center of the carb into the barrel. I tried adjusting the float up but as soon as i let the fuel flow, it still comes up right out through the center and leaks out of the barrel. Everything looks clean inside?? Any help would be appreciated.
