1996 200 hp mariner magnum efi alarm

I have a mariner 200 hp that has an alarm that rapidly beeps when engine running. Says its an oil alarm from what I read but no matter what I do I can't get it to go off. Need to know what to look at

First premix fuel before anymore running. Disconnect the oil cap first if that don't work try the rotation sensor above oil pump

Ok I've tried unhooking the cap and the only way I've been able to get alarm off so far is by grounding that blue wire that goes to the cap

Does this makes sense to anyone as to why the blue wire coming from my little black box if I ground that wire the alarm goes away but if its not grounded or pluged into the cap the alarm sounds
