1995 Mercury 45 Jet (60hp) choke/primer question

The Mercury remote controls has a "Choke" sticker on the ignition key switch.

Does anyone know if my 1995 Mercury 45 Jet (60hp) 3 cyl actually has a choke or is that actually a primer?

Are there any choke flappers ??-----------If not it has an enrichment system with an electric valve ( primer )-----------Key is to be pushed in while cranking the motor over untill motor fires up.

Hi racerone, I'm not sure if it has choke flappers or not, I don't know where to check for those. Thanks for the reply
