I have a 1995 Johnson 115 Fast Strike that this past weekend suddenly stuck in forward gear both physically and at the shifer level, I coul dnot move the shifter. I could not get out of gear and had to shut the engine off. When the engine was off I could move the shift lever back and forth. Upon restarting the engine it appears to be stuck in fast forward. Immediately prior to the problem I had accelerated fast, could a cable have broken, how do I check what could be the problem, any help is appreciated. By the way, just 3 weeks ago had the lower unit oil changed.<br />Thanks in advance for any advice.
