is reading 25 on cylinder one. A sad day but I think I'll retire her and repower with a four stroke.

I would rebuild it if possible, and avoid the 4 strokes as long as you can.

You will be overjoyed with the way the computer runs the new motor.-----Instant starting / quiet operation.-----So if you can solve it with $$$$ you do not have any problems.

Sad that your old Force has bit the dust.
There should be a number of people who need donor parts like the flywheel and ignitions pieces.
Personally I think that even with the quirks of the Force they have given good service if maintained and the new 2 strokes with all of the air pumps and injectors etc while (perhaps) more efficient can also cost a good bit to troubleshoot and keep running as well and are not immune to catastrophic problems either.
Good luck with your new 4 stroke motor they are the future.

Lower unit, cylinder head, carbs, starter.....lots of goodies on there.
