1995 4.3 lx 4 barrel carb adjustment

I have a 1995 Mercruiser 4.3 lx 175HP engine with the weber 9600 4 barrel carb. I was wondering if someone could tell me the idle mixture screw setting.

just like every other carb out there

by noting how well the engine runs at idle when turning the screws

check your OEM manual for more detailed info

The PRELIMINARY number of turns is 1-1/4 turns out from lightly seated.
It's just a get it running adjustment, final adjustment has to be done with the engine running, and warm with the timing properly set and the proper rpm.

I have a 1994 Maxum 2000sc with the 4.3lx and 4 Bbl carb. Stalls after 10-20 seconds of op. Believe I need to rebuild the weber carb. Anyone know if there is a spec manual for this unit? Thanks!
