Went out today on a freinds boat and had engine problems. We were able to get it to start by taking off the carb intake. First the engine would not start at all. We removed the carb cover and after cranking for a while it finnally started. Looking at the lower left carb we noticed that fuel was blowing out the front. Also there was a white milky residue (water?)visable. Ant ideas of what the problem may be?
