1995 130hp evinrude VRO revomal

How is it done, I have read past post and cant get it figured. Can I just plug the oil line, discontect the vro wires, and pre mix? <br /><br />I have also heard this year and model motor is not VRO but more like a constant oil injection? Is this true? Does this matter for the removal?<br /><br />I really dont want to risk anything happening w/ the oiling system, and my kicker needs mix gas so off the VRO comes.<br /><br />thanks<br />Tony

Thats all there is to it. <br /><br />I just put a motor on the Dusky that does not have oil injection. Man, do I miss it.

Do you miss it so much you would carry a 2nd can of gas for your kicker? <br /><br />Is this motor VRO or Direct oil inject? <br /><br />Just unplug VRO wires, plug the oil line w/ a whatever, and pour a dash of oil in the tank?<br /><br />Anything to do with oil level warning horns?<br /><br />Thanks<br />Tony
