I have a 1994 Regal Commodore 400. The seacock on the starboard engine is leaking at the hull. How do you fix? Appreciate any info from someone that has done it. Thanks.

Disconnect hose on seacock, remove seacock, then remove the thru hull.

The thru hull should be sealed with 3M 5200 so there will some wood that will be damaged on removing it. Once thru hull is out, start removing any wood which is wet/damp. When all the wet wood is removed then it's time for rebuild.

Fit new wood against hull bottom then use fiberglass and layer it in. Cut a smaller piece of wood to place on top as reinforcement and fiberglass it in. Drill hole for new thru hull. Use 3M 5200 to seal new thru hull in.

Are you looking to try to temporarily repair it until you haul the boat or are you looking to do the entire job correctly?? I would start with making sure all of your bilge pumps are working on automatic setting.charlie
