1994 mercury 25hp 2 stroke

I have a 1994 mercury 25 and disassemble it and don’t know how to get the flywheel/timing off

Timing doesn't come off. What is wrong with your motor?

I got to get to the pistons their is no compression

Use a puller with 3 bolts to get the flywheel off.----Lots of videos on U-tubeI think.

Be careful as that's a Mercosil engine block. Have to use special type tools to repair cylinders if damaged

I tried using the 3 bolt puller and still won’t come off

Did you take the washer off? You take the bolt out remove the washer and put the bolt back in tight.

Put the puller back on and get it as tight as you can. Then give the main puller bolt a wack with a carpenters hammer. Repeat until the flywheel pops.
