1994 Johnson 115 Flooding problem

My 115 will run fine above 3500RPM and when cold. When hot it doesn't like running well below 3500. After it's warm it will not idle for more than 10 seconds. I let it die and pulled the plugs they were all soaked. Cleaned the carbs and replace VRO with standard fuel pump. Primer solenoid lever is in the correct position but i think it may be leaking pass and flooding it out. Any other suggests would be great. Thanks

Make sure the red lever on the primer solenoid is in the "run" position, not the "service" position. You'll want to check for spark, esp after the engine warms up to normal operating temps.
