1994 force 120 waterpump / impeller help needed

I need instructions for changing an impeller in a 1994 force 120 outboard
Model # H120412PX
I did it a long time ago but forgot the process and steps.
Its been sitting for 5 years and the carbs were run dry when I parked it.
is there anything I should look for when I go to crank it? I know I have to drain all the
old gas out but should I put in new gas then drain all of it out also.

this won't be exactly the same as yours, but this will give you the basics

on changing the gas. if you see lots of crud and sediment or rust, then do a flush. fuel stabilizer helps here, will keep your gas good for about a year

best thing to do is by a clymer's manual off ebay for your motor..has step by step instructions
