I have a 1994 Force 120 OB. It gets used pretty regular all summer, like weekly. It was last out 2 weeks ago. Runs good. Its older so of course 50:1 mixture with outboard oil. I was told with that much regular use in summer, fogging the carb when putting it away for winter isn't really necessary. Just put stabilizer in the gas, check the lower unit gear for oil for any water, and remove the spark plugs and squirt fogging oil in the cylinders and replace. Remove battery too. I was told running it up to temperature on muffs and fogging the carb til it stalls isn't necessary. Is this correct info?

The fogging oil is good.
The best thing is FILL the tank and add Ethanol stabilizer if you use
Ethanol fuel. Run it so the stabilizer makes it to the carbs.
Drain the carbs. Easy to do on the 120
