i have replaced my VRO and Water pump in my 1994 60Hp evinrude. it has a strong stream of water and an ok amount of smoke. but if i run full throtle for more the 10 mins or so the motor goes into slow mode. 2000-2500 rpms no matter what i do. if it sits for a few minutes it fires right up and runs fine. it it possible the temp sensor is sending false readings. or what else cound be causing the overheat. the motor runs BEAUTIFUL until it just falls on it's face. i am lost now. please help....
