As Spike said, it sounds like a carb problem,iether water in the bowls, or clogged pickup and/or jets. It could be richened-out to see if this corrects the problem,but write down your old settings by;<br />turning the fuel mixture screw all the way in until it bottoms out (do not tighten,just botom it out), while counting the number of turns.Then, write this number down.<br />Return it to it's original position, and add 1/4 turn at a time underway, on a warn engine. Wait 30 seconds to a minute before adding any more, if it does not improve.<br />The compression numbers are within spec (barely), so give it a good decarb treatment before attempting to change the fuel mixture settings, and re-test the compression to see if they even-out any. It sure couldn't hurt.
