First post to the group.
Over the past 2 years I have noticed a some water in the hull of my boat, but no all the time. Over the next few months I came to realize the only time I notice water in the hull is when I use my rear live well. I was also starting to notice a couple soft spots near the front of the location where my rear live well sets. The rest of the summer and the following year I used my front live well only. Fast forward another year of using the front live well only. This fall when I winterized the boat one of the soft spots had gotten alot worse so I pulled the carpet to see just how bad the floor in that area really was.

Well it was real bad, but only in that area, the front and rear was not bad at all. So I pulled the floor, pulled the wet foam rebuilt stringers and will be putting in the new floor this week.

I am posting some photos, and will be asking for recommendations on flooring soon.

Floor is done, adding marine flooring with the 1/16 " pad.
Anyone use a product like this for the floor? If so what did you use for the edges?

Flooring completed, now it is time to put the seats back in place. I plan to reupholster or buy new seats next winter.

Stringers have been replaced, myself and a marina tech friend checked the transom but it looks and still feels strong.
Leak was in the front of the rear live well, all of the rot seems to be contained within a 24 inch area.
