1993 Cajun Fish and Ski

I have a 1993 Cajun Fish and Ski 1750 travis Edition that I cannot locate the fuse panel for. Based on some research it should be behind the dash, but I cannot locate it. Any help on where else to look other than buying a repair manual?

Pick a gage. Follow the red wire to termination.
