1993 Astro bass boat 17 ft with a 93 115 hp Mercury 2 stroke. Over revving

Just took the boat out for the first time today. Went to go and get on plane moved pretty good then just didn’t go and revved up could barely get on plane. So I got home and looked at the prop thinking it’s a spun prop but I don’t see anything wrong with it. Any way to tell without taking it back to the lake? Or am I looking wrong and it’s something wrong with the lower end.

Match mark the prop housing and the hub. Dump her in the h2o and see if the marks move.

One piece props are real hard to tell if they are spun. The modular prop hubs are easier to tell.
