It starts fine, first pull and will run perfectly for about a min full throttle then it just starts to bog down and it seems like its loading up and bogging down. I can run it on about quarter throttle and it will run fine, but once I try to give the full throttle it just bogs down. It never fully dies though once I let off to half throttle. I've put new gas in with some sea foam and changed the fuel lines, but that wasn't the trick. One thing I have noticed is that I don't think the throttle plate is opening up as much as it should, but I'm not familiar with outboard motors at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Josh

Find your model number and post it here. Search "Top Secret Files" here for some great info. Get yourself a spark tester to check for good hot spark. Make sure to read about sync n link here also to adjust your timing to assure that throttle plate is fully opening.
Being new to outboards(as I am)...the Top Secret Files will educate you on carb rebuilding, impeller replacement, and a host of other common maintenance procedures, and common problems.

Lots of info here. Do as much reading as you can.
