1992 Johnson 25HP missing at full throttle

Starts good and runs good up to about 3/4 throttle then it starts missing. I Cleaned carb, bought new tank and lines, ran 2 cans of seafoam through. Whats next? Primer bulb does not seem to be staying full on the old or new hose. could that be the problem? Fuel pump? Float adjustment? Thanks for any help..

When you cleaned the carburetor, did you remove the high speed jet and thoroughly clean the passage? You may have some crude in there. The jet is at the bottom of the carburetor. For the float height, it should be parallel with the body of the carburetor when it is flipped over.

Describe the miss.Could be a worn clutch dog.Does it feel like you hit something?

When you go to full throttle it cuts out and in like it is starving for gas. Going to take card back off and clean high speed jet and adjust float..can't remember if I got the high speed jet out last time..I know it was blocked and I got gas to pass through the jet. Will soak and clean again.. Thanks for the responses.
