Where are they leaking from? Out the throat? Out the bowl gasket? Out one of the fittings?

Straight out of the throat and it almost seems like it is as much oil as fuel! I know that probably isn’t the case but just seems like it! Tends to die when idling but at wot it usually screams! Any ideas ?

Stuck floats. Put in new needle, seat, and at least check the float to make sure it's not heavy.

Absolutely I will, what are you referring to as not heavy? I’m kinda green on this boat motor stuff! Just learning as I go ! Your in put is definitely appreciated as well!

heavy as in fuel logged (Soaked) versus ... waterlogged...

the carb float normally rises with fuel and shuts off the inflow of fresh fuel in the carb ..... but just like your toilet bowl.... if your float ...does not float up water keeps leaking in the toilet bowl.... same for carbs

a new float will fix it if yours is " heavy"
